The points that were crucially mentioned over the presentations were quite helpful in terms of planning for an enterprise of our own.Like the cost structure, product and market etc. Also the distinction between startups and small business that usually people mess up. Something which was new was product validation which was to answer questions like “what you want to solve?” “who is your primary customer” etc. Also talking about myths that are there in people’s mind like they are indiscipline etc.
Also talking about the things that we should avoid while planning for an enterprise worked as a savior as this is something we should keep simultaneously. We also touched upon how we can know our competitors which was very insightful.
